As we finish up the school year and look forward to warm summer days, I wanted to mention a couple of things to take care of over the summer.

**Look over the health requirements for school - the document is located in the "Health Requirements" tab in the upper left of this page. Do you need to schedule a dentist appointment or visit the eye doctor? Are your child's vaccines up to date? Will your child need a sports physical?

**As you look towards next year, does your child have any health concerns that I should know about? Will they need an emergency plan? (I have some examples to the left on my page.)
